Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for SMB accounts (30-200 employees)
- Execute a buyer-centric sales process, partnering with buyers throughout their journey
- Project manage the sales process, ensuring every stage is precise and organized
- Develop compelling business cases to advocate for Aligned within accounts
- Build consensus across buying groups by engaging multiple stakeholders
- Conduct strategic conversations with senior decision-makers to position Aligned favorably
- Self-source pipeline opportunities through strategic outbound activities and leverage inbound leads
