Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB accounts (30-200 employees)
  • Execute a buyer-centric sales process, partnering with buyers throughout their journey
  • Project manage the sales process, ensuring every stage is precise and organized
  • Develop compelling business cases to advocate for Aligned within accounts
  • Build consensus across buying groups by engaging multiple stakeholders
  • Conduct strategic conversations with senior decision-makers to position Aligned favorably
  • Self-source pipeline opportunities through strategic outbound activities and leverage inbound leads
