User Experience Director

Verizon is looking for an experienced and creative User Experience Director to join our team and help make our customer experience the best it can be. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative customer experiences and be able to lead a team of designers to achieve the highest standard of design. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of leading user experience design projects, and be able to think strategically about how design can improve the customer experience. In addition, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multi-task, and work well in a collaborative environment.
